Moodle Platform Enrollment Instructions

Once you receive your enrollment email:

  1. Click the Moodle course access link provided in the email.
  2. Log in using your assigned username and temporary password.
  3. Create a new secure password upon your first login.
  4. Review the course welcome page and orientation materials.
  5. Begin your course modules and assignments according to the training schedule.

Participants are encouraged to use a computer or tablet with reliable internet access for the best learning experience.

Important Training Policies

Registration Policy

All course registrations are processed upon receipt of payment. Access to training materials will not be granted until enrollment has been completed through the Moodle platform.

Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to actively engage in all required course activities, assignments, discussions, and assessments to successfully complete the training.

Certificate of Completion

Certificates will be issued only after all required coursework, assessments, and participation requirements have been successfully completed.

Refund Policy

Training fees are only refundable within 1 day of activation of course and no activity has taken place on the training platform. Once course work has begun, course payments are non-refundable once course access has been granted.
