MLI Certified Trainer (20 Hours)

The MLI Certified Trainer Program prepares early childhood professionals to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging, research-based professional development. Participants learn adult learning principles, training design, facilitation techniques, participant engagement strategies, and effective evaluation methods to build confidence as professional trainers and presenters. Upon successful completion, participants earn the MLI Certified Trainer credential.

The Professional Development Specialist Pathways prepare early childhood professionals to provide training, coaching, mentoring, observation, technical assistance, and quality improvement support. Participants develop the skills needed to strengthen educator effectiveness, support program improvement, and lead professional growth initiatives within early learning environments.
