
Meliora Leadership Institute is seeking experienced early childhood professionals to join our growing national network of trainers. Our trainers play a critical role in strengthening the early childhood workforce by designing, delivering, and facilitating high-quality professional development experiences that support educators, leaders, and early learning programs across the country.
Meliora Leadership Institute Trainer Application Process
Step 1: Application and Document Submission
Complete the Trainer Application and submit all required supporting documentation, including:
- Current resume
- Educational transcripts
- Professional certifications or credentials
- Professional references
- Additional supporting documents as requested
Step 2: Credential Review and Verification
Meliora Leadership Institute will review your qualifications to determine eligibility for our trainer network. Applicants must demonstrate professional expertise, leadership experience, and a commitment to advancing quality in early childhood education.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and meet one of the following educational requirements:
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Human Services, or a related field; or
- Associate degree in a child-related field; or
- Nationally recognized credential such as CDA®, CCP®, NAC®, or equivalent.
Professional Experience Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience working in the early childhood field.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, mentoring, technical assistance, training, or professional development experience.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Experience designing or delivering training is preferred.
Step 3: Interview and Professional Reference Review
Qualified applicants will participate in a professional interview with a Meliora Leadership Institute representative. Professional references may be contacted to verify experience, leadership abilities, and professional conduct within the field.
Step 4: Final Determination
Following the review process, applicants will receive notification regarding their application status. Accepted trainers will receive onboarding and orientation materials and will be added to the Meliora Leadership Institute National Trainer Network.
