About Meliora Leadership Institute

Developing the Professionals Who Develop Others

At Meliora Leadership Institute, we believe that the quality of education children receive is directly influenced by the quality of the professionals who support the educators serving them. Exceptional teachers need exceptional trainers. Effective programs need skilled leaders. Lasting change requires knowledgeable coaches, mentors, consultants, and Professional Development Specialists who can inspire growth and improve practice.

Founded by experienced educators and workforce development professionals, Meliora Leadership Institute was created to address a critical need within the early childhood profession: preparing and supporting the professionals responsible for developing others.

Partnership Statement

Meliora Leadership Institute exists to develop the professionals who develop others. We partner with organizations, coalitions, and agencies to build sustainable systems of training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership development that strengthen the early childhood workforce and improve outcomes for educators, children, and families.

The word Meliora means “better” or “the pursuit of excellence.” This principle serves as the foundation of everything we do. We are committed to helping professionals continuously grow, improve, and lead with purpose.
